PROJECT OVERVIEW
W.A. Klinger was selected by Westwood Community School District as Construction Manager at Risk (CMr) in June 2024, with pre-construction services beginning immediately. The project included reroofing designated portions of the main school building, construction of a new softball and baseball concession facility, and additions and renovations to the existing football concession building.
Construction began in May 2025 and was completed in October 2025. W.A. Klinger self-performed several key scopes of work, including concrete foundations and concrete paving, demolition, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation and drywall, as well as overall project management and supervision.
