W. A. Klinger Announces Promotions of Olivia Epling and Chad Willer

SIOUX CITY, IA - MARCH 11, 2019

Olivia Epling, Project Manager, W. A. Klinger, L.L.C.

Olivia Epling has been promoted to Project Manager. Olivia recently wrapped up work in Orange City for MOC-Floyd Valley's new elementary school project. She is currently managing several projects, including the recent renovations at MOC-Floyd Valley's high school.

Olivia joined the W. A. Klinger team in 2020 after relocating from California to Sioux City. Olivia graduated from George Mason University in 2012 and has worked in the construction industry for six years. Before joining the Klinger team, Olivia was a civilian program analyst for the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton, California, coordinating various military base construction projects. Epling is a Girls Inc. Sioux City board member and volunteers with the Klinger team at various community events.

Chad Willer, Project Manager, W. A. Klinger, L.L.C.

Chad has been promoted to Project Manager and is currently managing several projects, including the new Goodwill Mission Support Building project and Briar Cliff University's Alverno Hall renovation project.

Willer joined Klinger in 2002 after graduating from Western Iowa Tech Community College’s Architectural Drafting & Design program. Chad has over 22 years of construction experience and is managing several projects, including the new Goodwill Mission Support Building project in Sioux City. Chad coaches youth sports in the Moville community and participates in various volunteer and community events with the Klinger team.
