Sioux City City Hall Renovation

Sioux city's historic City Hall faced structural issues due to its aging cedar piles. In 1994, W.A. Klinger was tasked with preserving the building’s iconic appearance while rebuilding it for modern use. Using original stone and salvaged materials, Klinger combined the best of old and new to deliver a stately, efficient structure that honored its historic significance.
