Iowa Public Service Company Headquarters

Completed in 1980, the Iowa Public Service Company Headquarters (now MidAmerican Energy) was a 150,000-square-foot masterpiece. W.A. Klinger served as the general contractor on this fast-track project, providing a guaranteed maximum price before the designs were even finalized. The building's expansive interior atrium and striking exterior design made it a community landmark and a point of pride for Klinger’s team.
