Fast Track Works Well for Cloverleaf
Utilizing Klinger’s design/build fast-track construction services, Cloverleaf was able to begin producing much faster than more traditional approaches. By planning and constructing the project in phases, operations in the meat processing and some cold storage areas began while construction activity on the remaining facility moved forward.
Through continuous communication between Cloverleaf and Klinger project management, the fast-track approach created a successful, cost effective project.
