W.A. Klinger, L.L.C. constructed this eye surgery clinic on time and within budget - despite a demanding eight-month schedule through the winter.
The clinic's two surgery rooms were especially important. The Klinger team designed and built the rooms to meet the strict requirements of the approving medical agencies.
Aesthetics were very important to the Owner, and the finished building met his expectations. The entrance, reception area, and waiting room feature timber beams, wood ceiling, and clerestory windows that enhance the area with natural light. A fireplace in the waiting room adds to the building's interior beauty.
