W.A. Klinger was selected to construct the downtown Perkins restaurant due to the project’s aggressive schedule requirement as well as Klinger’s ability to work on a difficult site.
Located on a former landfill site, the project required auger cast deep foundations. In addition, the floor was designed as a structural floor supported on concrete beams.
The Owner needed the facility built in an aggressive 7-month time frame. W.A. Klinger completed the project on time despite the complications of working through the landfill debris.
