An Attractive Showcase for Sioux City
The Sioux City Art Center Association selected W. A. Klinger, L.L.C. to construct a new facility to serve as a landmark for the downtown area.
This complex project required many special construction systems. The 55,000 square-foot facility features an unusual layout with a three-story, cast-in-place concrete and glass atrium.
With the construction of the Art Center and the new Convention Center, W. A. Klinger is playing a major role in the growth of Sioux City. These buildings stand as showcases for visitors and as sources of civic pride for the City.
