W.A. Klinger Gives New Life to an old Building
W.A. Klinger, L.L.C. was hired on a negotiated basis to construct a new, modern veneer over an older drive-up facility on a heavily traveled street. The work was carried out in a carefully planned sequence to insure continued use of the drive-up facility throughout the construction process.
The pitched roof was supported by a pre-fabricated structural assembly that was lightweight enough to set on the existing flat roof of the canopy without requiring additional structural support.
The finished project provides all customers with a very efficient and attractive facility.
