W.A. Klinger was selected by competitive bid to construct this 110-unit retirement housing complex. The facility features 48 independent living units, 62 assisted living units, and common kitchen and dining areas.
The two- and three-story design offers street level access from east and west sides. Both outside surface and indoor parking are available.
Klinger constructed the facility in phases, which allowed residents to move into independent living units earlier than originally planned.
