Expanded Store in all Areas
After successfully completing several Hy-Vee Food Stores, W.A. Klinger was chosen to construct a 45,000 square-foot expansion of their Southern Hills Mall store in Sioux City. The expansion more than doubled the existing store's size. The Klinger team constructed the project in phases to keep the existing store open.
The new store features expanded space in all areas, a new Chinese delicatessen, post office, a larger bakery and deli area, and additional parking space.
